3/4 cup of (or 4) egg whites
3/4 cup of shredded cooked chicken (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
1/3 cup of shredded cheese (I used medium sharp cheddar cheese)
1 cup of chopped spinach

Scramble the egg and egg whites, add the chicken and spinach. Then add the cheese and serve.
