Chicken and Spinach Egg Scrambler

(If you are doing the 21-Day Fix: 2 red, 1 green, 1 blue)

Ingredients:

1 egg
3/4 cup of (or 4) egg whites
3/4 cup of shredded cooked chicken (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
1/3 cup of shredded cheese (I used medium sharp cheddar cheese)
1 cup of chopped spinach
Seasoning

Instructions:

Scramble the egg and egg whites, add the chicken and spinach. Then add the cheese and serve.

Scrambled Eggs with Spinach and Cheese

(For those of you doing 21-Day Fix: 1 red, 1 green, 1 blue, and 1 tsp)

Ingredients:

1 egg
3/4 cup (or 4) of egg whites
1 green container (or about 1 cup) of chopped fresh spinach

1 blue container (or 1/4 cup) of mixed feta and cheddar cheese
Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning or whatever other seasoning you like
1 tsp of olive or coconut oil

Instructions:

In a pan, make scrambled eggs in 1 tsp of oil. Add the cheese and spinach. Season with your favorite seasoning and serve :-)
