Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
2 packed cups of fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup (16 tsp) of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (2 blue)
1/3 cup of pine nuts (1 blue)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Put the basil, garlic and nuts in a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are chopped.
Add the olive oil and Parmesan and pulse until the pesto is smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
