Avocado Tuna Salad

2/28/2015

I'm usually not a big fan of avocado but this salad is delicious. Both my kids and my husband love it! Tonight, I served it on whole wheat sandwich thins. This is a healthier alternative to the tuna salad made with mayo.

Hi Brianna,
The avocado, onion and celery make this one about a green container. The tuna depends on the size of our can. I used a small one and that came out to about 1 red container. And if you use 3/4 of a cup of Greek yogurt (instead of the 1/2 cup), you have another red container.
